Slim and Save or any VLCD is a no no at the moment for me, I've been told that due to my recent nervous breakdown and the medication I'm on that this kind of diet isn't suitable for me. At one time I'd ignore the advise and do it anyway but I'm going to be a good girl and do as i'm told.
I'm going to take this weekend to think about things and talk to the husband and make a decision and I'll start something Monday.
